What mobile service area do you cover?
Revive & Thrive IV provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services throughout Jacksonville, Florida and nearby communities. We bring nurse-led care to homes, offices, hotels, events, and other approved locations by appointment.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take approximately 45–60 minutes depending on the selected treatment, setup time, and individual wellness needs. Your Registered Nurse will review your treatment plan before therapy begins.
Is a safety screening required?
Yes. Every client completes a health screening before treatment. Our Registered Nurses review medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, and wellness goals to help determine whether the requested service is appropriate.
Who administers the treatments?
IV therapies and wellness injections are administered by licensed Registered Nurses using professional standards for safety, cleanliness, client comfort, and clinical documentation.

Revive & Thrive IV operates under appropriate clinical oversight as required by its service model, operating structure, and applicable Florida regulations. All treatments are subject to medical screening, eligibility review, and established clinical protocols. Prescription-only medications and weight-management therapies require appropriate provider oversight and client eligibility before treatment.
